A regular boat/ferry runs from the village of Baltimore. The nearest airport is Cork International Airport which is located 58 miles (93 Km) or 1 hr 45 minutes by car from Baltimore. Cork airport is about 15 minutes outside Cork city. Dublin International Airport is located 166 miles (267 Km) or 3 hours from Cork city by car. Shannon Airport is located 77 miles (123 Km) or 2 hours by car.[/toggle][toggle title=”WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE ON EACH DAY OF THE FESTIVAL?” open=”no”]Yes. Tickets are available from the Festival Office which will be open Friday 11.30am – 6.00pm and Saturday 10.30am – 6.00pm, beside or inside the Craft Shop. Tickets have limited availability, so come early to avoid disappointment. [/toggle][toggle title=”WHAT SHOULD I BRING?” open=”no”]Bring strong footwear, sturdy waterproofs, torch… and a sense of humor. Leave behind phones and recording devices. Check the forecast, you may need sunhats and raincoats.[/toggle][toggle title=”IS THERE AN ATM ON THE ISLAND?” open=”no”]There is no ATM available on the island.[/toggle][toggle title=”IS THE FESTIVAL WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY?” open=”no”]No it isn’t wheelchair friendly. There are lots of steps into venues and on/off the ferry, and there are also some steep hills. This does not mean it is impossible, but you will need to bring your own assistance.[/toggle][toggle title=”IS THERE CAMPING ON THE ISLAND?” open=”no”]Yes, camping is available, only in Chleire Haven Campsite.
